Delhi kay famous seekh kebab with gravy
very simple and easy recipe
ingredients
for 1 kg mutton or chicken
200 gm kidney fat or 100 gm butter
1.5 tbs tikka masala
1.5 inch ginger
5 cloves garlic
4 cloves
4 green cardamom
5 to 8 green chilli
1.5 tbs roasted chickpeas powder
1large chopped onion
salt according to taste
little coriander leaves
for gravy
yoghurt
green chutney
chaat masala
butter and cream
