CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS
1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick room temp unsalted butter
2 room temp eggs
13/4 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 oz strawberry jello powder
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup strawberry purée
1 tsp vanilla extract

ICING INGREDIENTS
8 oz room temp cream cheese
1/2 stick room temp unsalted butter
16 oz powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs matcha powder paste

STRAWBERRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (1/2 cup for thinner sauce)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbs corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
