Parmesan Roasted Broccoli: A Recipe You're Going to Love

INGREDIENTS
• 2 heads of broccoli, florets removed and cut into similar sized pieces
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning -    • The ONLY Seasoning Blend Recipe You'll EVE...  
• 1-2 tbsp fresh grated parmesan cheese


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Convection setting on if you have it.
2. After cutting florets down to similar sizes, bring a large pot of water with a few tsp of salt up to a boil and blanche broccoli florets for 60-90 sec. Remove from water with a slotted spoon and drain well.
3. Spread blanched broccoli on a baking sheet and season with oil, Chef Ange Base Seasoning -    • The ONLY Seasoning Blend Recipe You'll EVE...  , and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Roasted in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until broccoli browns.
