Today I am sharing with you a dish that I have enjoyed fresh atop tacos, nachos, fajitas, etc. Today we are fermenting it for added flavor and nutrition!

For this recipe, you will need the following:

2 lbs Cabbage
2 Carrots
2 Jalapenos
1 small Onion
2 tsp pickling or fine sea salt

To Make Optional Brine:
1 c water
1 tsp pickling or fine sea salt
