Описание: This is a great technique to help improve ankle dorsiflexion. Denegar et al found a reduction in posterior glide of the talus in the ankle mortise in asymptomatic fully functional subjects in the 6 months following ankle sprain. Vicenzino et al found that after applying a mobilization with movement technique in weight-bearing, ankle dorsiflexion improved by 22%! Mobilization with movement should be pain-free and provide instant results. Make sure to adjust forces, direction of motion, and stabilization until the patient experiences a pain-free motion of ankle dorsiflexion.
