Halloween Caramel Popcorn Balls -with yoyomax12

2 cups chocolate chips, melted
Halloween themed sprinkles
1 package (14 oz) soft caramels
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. water
12 cups popped popcorn (about 1 1/2 bags of microwave popcorn)

Melt the caramels, butter and water together on medium-low heat stirring occasionally.
Pour the caramel mixture over the popped popcorn in a very large bowl. Stir until coated.
Allow to cool until cool enough to handle.
Form into baseball sized balls and insert sticks.
Dip into melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
Place on waxed paper to harden.
