This video isn't going to show all the pretty, there is a lot of construction happening, so I make sure I show that too. Once it is done though, I will predict it will look amazing. Different than the past, but still have the same appeal as the older neighborhoods.

Lake Asbury is a community that is seeing some explosive growth. Explosive may not even represent just how much growth out there. Not only new neighborhoods, but also new roads and the First Coast Expressway. New road between 209 and Henley, 218 and Sandridge eventually. If you scroll below you will see more info on the First Coast Expressway and the neighborhoods, new and established.

Located east of Middleburg, south of Fleming Island and Orange Park, this location is close to main roads, but still tucked away.
