Christophe Adam is a former executive pastry chef at world famous Fauchon Patisserie. His stellar career has also included Gavroche in London, the first establishment outside of France to have three Michelin stars, the Roux brothers' patisserie, Hotel De Crillon in Paris and Beaurivage Palace in Switzerland. Christophe now owns his own establishments, L'Eclair de Genie and Adam's Paris.
