Odoo implementation in phases - success story of a retail chain 3Sach Food

Описание: This talk will cover; implementation methodology and implementation in phases using the business case of 3Sach Food. 3Sach Food is a Vietnamese chain of stores with high-quality food & ingredients. The implementation started in the fall of 2018 and was delivered step by step, in different implementation phases:

1) 3Sach Food started using Odoo for the main business processes - procurement, inventory management, point of sales, sales & invoicing. This phase covered the main operations.

2) After the main business process was covered, the implementation continued with manufacturing app (to cover the operations of the kitchen studios) & accounting (financial management & controlling)

3) In the third phase, 3Sach Food focused on enhancing their Odoo for HR & marketing functionalities. They also used the Covid-19 as an opportunity to start selling their goods online through Odoo E-commerce.
