We had passed by many times and always intended to stop. Then, when we finally did, we fell in love with all of it. We read the story on the menu, and started to get inspired about how the story could be told. So, we asked our friend, Josh Baird (singer/songwriter/artist) to write a song about it, and the rest pretty much flowed out into this video.
