Not the Story I Want to Tell (Rock Bottom)

After years of cycling through the same struggles with CPTSD, ADHD, and binge eating disorder, I finally hit rock bottom. And when I saw the trajectory my life was on if nothing changed, I realized I had no other choice.

This video marks the start of a season of focused growth for me, which I will be sharing the experience of through this channel and my substack personal essays.

In 2026, I am focusing on three major goals:
Earning my bachelor’s degree in psychology through WGU
Losing weight and rebuilding my body while living with binge eating disorder
Documenting the entire process as a creator in the mental health space

This channel is about improving your mental health through lived experience. I’m sharing what it looks like to start over at 39, rebuild structure with ADHD, confront CPTSD trauma patterns, and what one can achieve by choosing growth day after day.

If you’ve hit rock bottom, feel stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break, or know deep down that something has to change, you’re not alone. This is me choosing a different path and letting you witness it in real time.
