PASSION FRUIT CAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon of baking powder
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of passion fruit pulp or you can use passion fruit nectar
1/2 cup of milk
3 eggs

Bake at to 350F for 45 to 50 minutes
(Place toothpick or skewer in cake at 45 minute mark. If it comes out clean your passion fruit cake is ready)

Cake pan size - 10 x 4

Baking spray to grease cake pan

BOLO DE MARACUJÁ
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó
1 1/2 xicara de açúcar granulado
1/2 xicara de óleo vegetal
1/2 xicara de polpa de maracujá ou pode usar néctar de maracujá
1/2 xicara de leite
3 ovos

Levar o forno a 350F durante 45 a 50 minutos
(Coloque um palito ou espeto no bolo aos 45 minutos. Se sair limpo, o seu bolo de maracujá está pronto)

Tamanho da forma de bolo - 10 x 4

Spray de cozedura para untar a forma de bolo
