Ingredients

1.5 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 28 oz can Red Enchilada Sauce
10 - 20 Corn Tortillas
3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 3.8 oz Sliced Black Olives

Prep Time - 5 min
Cook Time - 4 to 8 hours
