Multi-Stage Cold Heading - TR Product Manufacturing

Описание: Cold heading is a very quick method for producing components.

The process starts with coiled metal wire which is then drawn into the cold heading machine.

Dies in the machine form the product through a series of blows. The number of blows required depend on the product complexity. Simple parts need only 1 or 2 blows, but complex parts will require more.

This video shows how we produce flange head T-Drive® machine screws which uses a 4 blow process.
