If you’re still on an analogue phone line, this video will help you set your calls to be forwarded using our Call Diversion feature.
An analogue phone line is your traditional copper land line for voice calls. As of September 2023, we no longer sell analogue phone lines as Openreach are switching off the network for analogue phone lines by the end of 2025.
