How to make this Powerful Anti Inflammatory drink
In a cup add
A pinch of Turmeric (Haldi)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
A pinch of black Pepper
1 tsp melted Ghee
Luke warm water
Mix and have it empty stomach every morning for 1 week then change your drink.
If it gives acidity, consume it after your meal anytime of the day. The benefits remains same.
