Leather Ottoman Transformation Using Frenchic Alfresco Paint

Описание: In this video I show you how to transform a leather ottoman the ottoman was real leather but was looking abit old and discoloured around the edges.

Here is a step by step guide on how I did it:

-Step 1: measure out the bottom of the ottoman mark up and cut down some 18mm ply place ply in the bottom of the ottoman.
-Step 2: clean down the ottoman using sugar soap wipes.
-Step 3: completely dry the ottoman with micro fiber cloth.
-Step 4: using a 400 grit sanding block/ sandpaper give the ottoman a gentle sanding down.
-Step 5: paint the ottoman and lid using a mini roller and brush.
-Step 6: let paint dry normally 2 hours.
-Step 7: give the ottoman a light sanding down clean off any dust.
-Step 8: give the ottoman a second coat of paint using a mini roller and brush.
-Step 9: let the ottoman dry completely.
-Step 10: fix new legs to the bottom of the ottoman.

What I used:
-Measuring tape
-18mm ply cut with skil saw
-Sugar soap wipes
-Micro fiber cloth
-400 grit sanding pad
-Frenchic alfresco weatherproof inside/outside chalk & mineral paint, smudge
-Mini roller wood care set with velour roller sleeves perfect for painting interior & exterior furniture such as chairs, tables, cupboards, staircases, doors and architraves stains, oils, varnish, and alot more
-6" polished chrome legs fixed to the bottom with 16mm screws
-Masunn stainless steel ring pull handles shiny silver
-Clear diamante self adhesive strip tape / ribbon 15mm × 1m
-Paint brush 2" MONARCH oval cutter
