Integrated vs regular one. Subsonic ammo vs ordinary ammo. Using a very nice mic so you can hear the sound better.
MP5SD: Integrally suppressed = small holes in the barrel after the chamber vent gas into the very big suppressor covering the entire barrel. This lowers the pressure which makes regular ammo subsonic = extremely quiet. Subsonic = shit accuracy usually though, but quiet.
MP5 with regular suppressor: Does not affect exit velocity like the SD variant which means it keeps ballistic performance and energy into target when using for example speer gold dot defensive ammo that the Swedish police uses. Also accuracy in regular FMJ ammo is still there. If sneaky is needed, use subsonic ammo.
