Building lifecycle stages in your system require strategic planning to understand your lead journey – from when they enter the funnel all through to the handover to sales, opportunity, and then to customer.
We will go through the options of lifecycle stages and when each is used. It is important to note that contacts can move forward in their lifecycle stage but not back.
