DEL 902 with FL-255 as temporary caboose, 2 flatcats (FL-356 and FL-3199) loaded with 250 pieces second hand pc ties, and SVI TMC 01 rear locomotive as work train was spotted at San Andres Station southbound track. The pre-stressed ties were unloaded there.
Also note that the Colmar backhoe railway equipment with engineering personnel was utilized for the unloading of pc ties at San Andres Station.
