Meet Jennie, she's a mental health advocate. After research into her genetics, she was diagnosed with fragile X. But what is the syndrome?

The neuroscience behind it suggests, it's a form of learning disability. It can overlap with autism symptoms too. Of course, it depends on who YOU are? There's no simple way to explain the disability.

Although, this didn't stop Jennie thinking positive. She used her neurodiversity to thrive in life. Of course, there is no fragile x cure! How does she manage those thoughts in her brain? The truth is, she doesn't. She spends most of her day coping with life.

Of course, her mental health matters. Depression, anxiety and learning struggles (MATHS was her weak point 😂) was a battle. How did Jennie cope with mental illness? How does she live with an anxiety disorder?
