Deputies found him while conducting a traffic stop and determined he was under the influence of alcohol.
Don’t be like the Grinch this holiday season and make poor decisions by drinking behind the wheel! Use these safety tips:
1) If you plan on drinking at a holiday party or any event, always make a plan!
2) Have a designated driver or use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft.
3) Remember buzzed driving is drunk driving.
The Grinch is facing several felony charges including Grand Theft, Burglary of a Conveyance, and Driving Under the Influence.
