Ussangoda beach is located in the southern sea turtle breeding zones near to Nonagama junction in Hambanthota district. The place which is the border of ussangoda national park offers a magnificent view of the sea.
Ussangoda beach side has very unique texture of sand which are very rough.

We were fortunate enough to see a huge turtle. There are enough places to set camping tents but you must be responsible to not to harm any trees or animals and also please be kind enough to bring everything what you brought. Don't pollute mother nature.
