What you will be needing
3 pound boneless turkey breast patted dry
1 cup of water in pan with turkey

Rub for turkey
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Gravy
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 level tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Remaining drippings from cooked turkey
3 to 31/2 cups chicken broth or turkey broth i used 2 teaspoons knorr chicken bouillon with 3 cups warm water mixed together
Salt & pepper to your liking


Simmered gravy 10 minutes  serve immediately
