The MSX port of the famous International Karate series. Although it has a few good improvements to the ZX Spectrum version, it's not a superb game. Especially the monochromatic player sprites are a bit of a disappointment. And it's not very easy to find out how to win. The rest of the game is quite colourful though (most of these Spectrum based games are almost entirely monochromatic) and the music (by David Whittaker) is superb. So, definitely one of the better ZX Spectrum ports on MSX!
Yes, that music... I was really stunned when I heard this for the first time :) Very coolish :)
And of course the digitized voices are pretty neat as well. This is one of the games (except for the Bytebusters games powered by Mastervoice by Ronald van der Putten) that have it.
