If you move your arms and legs at the same time, you burn 20% more calories. The best part is that you can start moving to Christmas music. This is a knee-friendly workout with low impact, no jumps, that is gentle on the joints while still burning fat.
To increase the intensity of this running workout, grab light weights and skip any breaks.
You work for 50 seconds and have 10 seconds of rest in between.
