Our own Spanish "Fish and chips" style battered and fried fish. "Romana" means that the batter is prepared with egg and flour. The result will be a soft golden crust coating your fish portion. You can choose to cook this recipe with hake loin or else with hake slices.
We prepared a quick homemade lemon mayonnaise for extra flavour and a simple side salad to enjoy our greens! The mayo touch will make it even more tasty.
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
10g lemon juice
~400 olive oil
~15g salt
Small bunch of fresh parsley
3 leaves romaine lettuce
4 Cherry tomatoes
8 Black olives
Sherry vinegar (to taste)
~30g flour
~600g hake
