I’m not the type to go on or be like “wah wah wah you can’t say that to me” but I do try encouraging others to be able to talk openly and comfortably about their mental health and neurodiversity. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2024 and it’s been a journey that I happily speak about with others! Being able to talk about it doesn’t just help ourselves but helps others by sharing experiences and coping mechanisms.
