Hundreds of Palestinians gathered to collectively break their fast for Ramadan among the ruins of destroyed buildings in Gaza City on Wednesday.
There were similar scenes in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, where a charity provided a communal iftar meal for both local and displaced families.
It's the first Ramadan since a fragile US-brokered ceasefire deal took effect on 10 October last year.
