Background of this card.

Hydra Stomper comes from a universe where Steve Rogers joined Project Rebirth to be injected with the Super Soldier Serum and become the first super soldier and fight in the World War II. However, in this timeline he was wounded, and could not be used as the test subject. This forced Peggy Carter to become the super soldier instead. He was seen as unfit to serve in the military anymore as he could barely walk and the army was about to let him go back to civilian life. However, Howard Stark had other plans in the works for this young man.

Hydra Stomper was a creation by Howard Stark, after he was given the Tesseract. Stark used it to build a large, armored suit, but he needed a brave solider to use it, and he could only think of one person for this job. He went to a defeated Steve Rogers and asked him if he still wanted to fight for the red, white, and blue in something green. Rogers was then put in the suit to help fight HYDRA. The armor took flight over the sky in the war, and the polit gained more confidence as his team moved over the countryside and fought in battles.

Hydra Stomper presumed to have blown up with the pilot inside after it was used on a mission to slow down a train rigged with explosives. However, during a raid both where found, and it was used in the fight with Carter, but the suit ran out of a power source after Carter went through portal. However Howard was able to develop a new power source for the armor, and the armor was brough back to life. It fought side by side with Bucky Barnes as a two-man army that destroyed every HYDRA base on Earth, bringing an end to the organization.

Hydra Stomper would be just as useful as any other big tank if it was not for the fact that inside is Steve Rogers. Much like his main universe counterpart, has the courage, patriotism, and righteousness to do what is right, and though he did not get the serum in this timeline. His need to keep fighting for the little guy made him more than the ideal test pilot. Even though he sometimes still feels he is useless without the armor. His love for Peggy Carter fuels his confidence in battle and, strength to fight ever after she disappeared.

Powers:

Hydra Stomper was originally designed and built so it could participate in the war it originally used the Tesseract as a power source but now has a new power source. It has built in pistons to flip over tanks and, break through the walls, it is more than durable enough to handle any bullets fired from planes or tanks, and even is able to survive an explosion with no damage. It is able to fly at great speeds and is able to maintain flight for long amounts of time. It also can shoot Repulsor beams strong enough to take down tanks.

Hydra Stomper is a large, armored suit, made to help fight HYDRA with the polit that got a little better as his teammates moved over the countryside: This is represented in MARVEL SNAP, as it will get a little better for each teammate that moves.
