'Leave Means Leave' march, organized by pro-Brexit campaigners, forms outside U.K.'s Parliament as lawmakers debate how to move forward with the country's divorce from the European Union.
March 29 was supposed to be the date the U.K. separated from the EU and began transition negotiations, but that plan was thrown into turmoil after months of debate and votes on failed deals.
