This is twin pregnancy after FET of 2 DAY 3 embryos IN 34 yrs old lady with bicornuate uterus. Unfortunately she had extremely thin myometrium and distance between her cranial embryo sac and serosa of uterus was just 4 mm.In case of unicornuate we never allow twins, considering her 34 years age and day 3 transfer 2 embryos were transferred. Referral obstetrician tried medical line of treatment for
MTP, also methotrexxate was given which stopped cardiac activity in caudal but not cranial sac. Suction & Evacuation even under USGguidence was risky.
So the case was ref back. We did embryo aspiration with transvaginal USG GUIDANCE which ususally takes 2/3 min. This is unedited video to show the process.
