Eventide Blackhole - Is it Worth a Look?

Описание: For my Presets visit: https://johnnathancordy.gumroad.com/ I've never tried an Eventide pedal, but of course have always heard of them as super highly regarded pedals. I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed by the Blackhole on first plugging it in, as there's quite a metallic ringing quality to the reverb if you don't dial it out.

Turns out there's a simple fix for this in the Eventide Plugin Manual - just use subtle modulation settings.

Once I tried this, I warmed to the reverb sounds a lot more. I do sort of think though, that those who love this reverb sound might want to check out the Eventide H9 multieffects, as compared to some of the competition (Meris, Strymon, Empress etc) this pedal with one algorithm seems maybe...a little expensive?
