Garfield & Friends - Seasons 3-7 Intro and Credits (HD 16:9 "Remaster", 1990/1994/2019)

Описание: Self-explanatory, this is the opening and credits sequence used on current prints of Seasons 3 up to Season 7 of Garfield & Friends. So far this seems to be the highest quality capture of the opening sequence and credits for this version specifically here on YouTube, and I don't know how it didn't happen sooner.

Episode picked was the three segment combo "Puss In Hi-Tops/Egg Over Easy Part 1/The Beast From Beyond", listed as Season 7, Episode 5. While Season 7 used a unique intro in its original run, this intro has been in use on all subsequent prints since then including these new ones.

Two scenes used previously by the season 1 and 2 intro are also used here, the same completely reanimated ones formatted for viewing on a 16:9 display. All other scenes were sampled from actual episodes, set to the tune of "We're Ready To Party". Completely different scenes were selected in comparison to the prior versions of the intro, both of which can be seen here.

Footage was rescanned from a filmed source, then zoomed in/cropped and reframed to also fit a 16:9 display. This, plus the style mismatch with said newly reanimated intro samples are arguably two of the biggest reasons why these prints are considered inferior to the originals. The 2D animation suite used by 9Story focuses more on "motion tweening" which can be done in software like Adobe Animate and Toon Boom Harmony.

Credits were completely redone from scratch, including using new production logos. Note that this is the only time two of the three logos have an accompanying sound to go with them.
No copyright date for when these remasters were first used is listed, however these prints have been in circulation since at least 2019.
