"Every show, but especially 'Manifest,' has like a very specific tone and style and it is its own genre in a way. And apart from having to, you know, watch Jack (Messina) and internalize his performance in the way he has brought this character, this same character to life and how I can honestly steal from him all the good choices he was making and try to make that as seamless a transition as possible -- but just to get a feel for the show and appreciate all the the mythology behind it."
