Grand opening ceremony of the newly built Racine Street Drawbridge in Menasha, Wisconsin. The ceremony held a ring of the bells from the St Mary's church, drums from the Menasha High School, a ribbon cutting (which I, unfortunately, did not catch due to family decisions), and a full lift; all to celebrate the grand opening of the new bridge! (Stick around till the end to see the National Anthem recording).
