Sprint Meter / Stamina Bar Without Plugin! - [Expert] RPG Maker MZ Tutorial

"Joking" aside, this is one of the few mechanics in RPG Maker that can't be done flawlessly without a plugin for two reasons:
1) There is no script call to toggle dashing on/off
2) Replenishing stamina can look visibly finicky due to the engine's limitations with numbers (particularly decimals as X-Y Pixel Coordinates).

Regardless, I think this serves as a good learning tutorial and can be useful based on your preference (example of the stamina bar in intro). If you're a mathematician, then you can solve the stamina recovery "glitch" without a problem.
