Jessica Jones grants a dormant prowess, unblockable, or true damage buff whenever Thanos crosses a bar of power. We pray for prowess
Overseer grants a power gain whenever Thanos gains a fury. Not necessary, but it makes fights that much faster.
Ms Marvel relic helps with the crit rate on his special attacks, since his L1 and L2 deal true damage by default. I used to use Gamora relic on him since it increases the amount of furies he builds, but dude has a crit deficiency problem so I prefer Ms Marvel. Not like his basic attacks matter much for his damage, we want big yellow numbers on the L2.
I switch his relic to a stat focus for BGs defense, normally SIM for extra armor.
