Just because it's foreign to some, doesn't mean it's bad! To give those outside of the Middle East a frame of reference, I share photos of an apartment I lived in while in Egypt. Also, I don't think Foodie Beauty and Salah are staying in a standard residential apartment building. Those motor coach buses out front aren't for tourists.
