To unlock and find Patrick Mcreary as your expert heist crew member, you have to wait in the same place I show in the video near fort zancudo for him to spawn in, you will hear a faint siren in the background marking a small blue dot marked on the map, kill the drivers then deliver him back to his safehouse.
Patrick Mcreary, is an expert for the heist you can select once unlocking him by delivery him in the police van back home safe.
Expert cut 8% - In aggressive heist he unlocks the LMG, which is beast to use my guy
