Описание: Growing up music was always part of our childhood! Our home echoed the songs of Zion and dads voice as he strummed his old guitar. Our lives were surrounded with the notes and melodies of praise!

Dad was given a gift from the Lord, he had a calling all his life and he took this calling very seriously, not once looking for credit or glory, or taking for granted the channel of grace he was bestowed for encouraging through inspired lyrics, songs of praise as he would lead the congregations in worship!

As far back as us girls can remember our dad was a song leader, and each time as he walked through the inspirational door God was waiting there with blessings , and would give him inspired hymns, verses and quotes to share with the congregation.

Back home years ago in Northwestern Ontario dad was very blessed to be given the position of song leader in two beautiful country churches, Kenora Bible Church and then when we moved, The Evangelical Free Church in Vermilion Bay,…then many years later when dad moved he would become song leader once again yet in another church.

Dad never asked for this calling, but God had other plans, so dad accepted and put his whole heart and soul into it.
Dad always thought he would be song leader till the Lord called Him home and I remember vividly listening to dad as the tears streamed down his face, but it was not God he questioned, as he stood behind the pulpit one last time and lead the congregation in worship. Dad said "The Lord knows all things"

Years later in the senior home, Dad sat in his recliner with his guitar resting across his lap as his thumb pick moved across the strings, his voice still very strong he sang “How Great Thou Art” not a note missed! Still perfect pitch! You could feel the presence of the Lord hovering over blessing his faithful servant, a vessel that He alone chose for this avenue of serving Him.

Dad is now in Glory with our dear mom, and all five daughters feel it on our hearts that it is so important to continue to share the God given inspired songs that dad penned; so in continuing to encourage others giving God all the honour and glory for our dad’s calling that the Lord so graciously gave him.

Although all of dad’s songs are copyrighted, It was dad’s heart desire to share these God given songs with the saints and have them sing and share them on this life’s journey.
