Powered by SAS Analytics for IoT and Microsoft Azure IoT, this solution combines easy-to-deploy solar-powered sensors and cloud-based predictive analytics to improve real-time situational awareness.

The Town of Cary, NC is the first municipality to deploy the solution. With sensors placed throughout the community, the town is better able to monitor rising stream levels, predict where flooding might occur, and improve emergency response through automation. Cary is also proud to be able to share these data with neighboring communities to help them better serve their citizens.
