In this episode of Mapping It we continue our Southwest US road trip. We start with sunrise at the Shafer Trail viewpoint in Canyonlands National Park. Then we walk the short hike to Mesa Arch. We enjoy a scenic drive to Grand Viewpoint Overlook in the Island of the Sky district. After Canyonlands, we visit Dead Horse Point State Park and check out some incredible views and learn the history behind the name of the park. We spend the afternoon in Arches National Park where we hike to Delicate Arch and Double Arch. It’s a great way to wrap up our time exploring the Mighty Five national parks in Utah.
