VALGO Core cutting line are specially designed & manufactured for those who desired of quality & full accuracy in finished core sheets,

This VALGO VMCTL-0640 lamination core cutting line (Step-Lap cutting line) is advanced automatic cutting of punching, nothing, & shear cutting with servo feeding & edge guiding system & also conveyor for passing cutting sheet to stacker unit.
The line consists of following units,
• Uncoiler unit
• edge guide system for sheet guiding sheet from Uncoiler to servo feeder.
• servo feeding for coil coil feeding from Uncoiler,
• 1 hole Punching unit is servo motorized for to get accuracy hole punch in both end of sheet,
• 1 V-Notch unit is for V shape cutting in CRGO sheet.
• 1 Mechanical Shear unit for cutting of (45° / 90° /135°) all this cutting angles change by servo motor through single shear machine with high accuracy in degree cutting.
• 1 conveyor unit is for sheet forwarding from shear unit to stacker.

The VMCTL-0640 transformer strip cutting machine cuts core sheets from 40 to 400 mm in width length as per customer desired.
