1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 (or 3/4) cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 TSP vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream - 36%-40% Milk Fat
3/4 cup chocolate chips
4 TB heavy cream - 36%-40% Milk Fat
