Each of us brought in a dish made by our own mum - food we’ve grown up with, know inside-out, and absolutely should not mess up. We then swapped dishes and had to recreate them in a cook-off using only taste and appearance as our guide.
No recipes.
No instructions.
And very high emotional stakes.
How close can we get to the originals? And more importantly… will our mums approve?
