In your role as operations liaison for Renfrew Financial Services, you develop a presentation to explain risk management procedures to new staff. Begin by modifying the Depth theme to the presentation as follows:
a. Customize the color of Text/Background - Light 1 (currently white) by changing the color to Light Turquoise, Text 2, Lighter 80%. [Mac Hint – In the Colors Window, choose RGB Sliders and enter the Hex Color # E9F7F9.]
b. Save the custom theme color as Renfrew

On the title slide, modify the background style of the slide as follows:
a. Change the fill to Solid fill.
b. Change the color to Aqua, Accent 1, Darker 50%.

On Slide 2 ("What Is Risk?"), hide the background graphics.

With Slide 2 ("What Is Risk?") still displaying, change the transparency of the picture in the slide background to 25%.

On Slide 3 ("What Is Risk Management?"), remove the action button settings applied to the picture of the man with the umbrella.

On Slide 4 ("Risk Management Components"), add a hyperlink action setting to the SmartArt diagram that goes to the Next Slide in the presentation.

On Slide 5 ("Two Dimensions of Risk"), animate the green and red arrows as follows:
a. Change the direction of the animation applied to the green arrow so that the arrow enters the slide from the top right.
b. Animate the red arrow using the Curvy Right preset motion path.
c. Add a trigger to the red arrow so that the animation occurs when Title 1 is clicked.

On Slide 6 ("Risk Management Rules"), make the orange checkmark into an action button that plays the Applause sound when clicked.

On Slide 7 ("Risk Question 1"), make the text "Take the Quiz!" a hyperlink to the file Support_PPT365_2021_4a_Quiz.docx.

On Slide 8 ("Risk Question 2"), use the guides to position the objects as follows:
a. Display the guides.
b. Move the plus sign and the division sign shapes so that the top edge of each object is even with the horizontal guide.
c. Remove the guides.

On Slide 9 ("Risk Question 3"), add a hyperlink action setting to the star shape that goes to the URL http://www.cengage.com

On Slide 10 ("Risk Question 4"), change the slide background to a pattern fill as follows:
a. Apply the Horizontal Stripes: Narrow pattern.
b. Change the foreground color to Gold, Accent 6, Darker 25%.
c. Change the background color to Gold, Accent 6, Darker 50%.

On Slide 11 ("Risk Question 5"), add and edit a hyperlink:
a. Make the text FEMA a hyperlink that goes to www.fema.org
b. Edit the hyperlink so that the address is www.cengage.com

In Slide Sorter View, select all the slides, then change the Advance Slide timing for each slide in the presentation to 3 seconds.
