Note: Forgot to say, I put the reduce-filter in the filter-funnel, because I want to make only 1 cup of coffee using this 3 cup pot. If you want to make 3 cup, you don't need to put the reduce-filter in.
Since I make only 1 cup, I stopped the burning much earlier, as you can see. If you are not sure when to stop, you can also add less water. Follow the shape of the burner, where the slop change is where you add water for 2 cups. There is a dedicated marks below that is for 1 cup. Add all the way up to the valve is of course for 3 cups.
