Описание: OmniWin provides an additional automatic nesting function that renests only the parts already on the plate. This allows you to automatically rearrange the parts after any manual changes to the automatic nesting (e.g. adding or removing parts or changing leads).

Or, you can even quickly nest your parts manually and then have the automatic renesting function optimize the arrangement on the plate.
Launch the “Auto renest” function from the “Nest” menu or ribbon. Set the options for the renesting algorithm and click “Start”.

The “Fill plate” option modifies the nesting algorithm in a way that the parts are distributed evenly on the plate. This would allow for better heat distribution and might be useful in cases where empty areas on the plate would not be used as remnant anyway.

OmniWin - Automatisches Neuschachteln

OmniWin bietet eine weitere Funktion zum automatischen Schachteln, mit der nur Bauteile neu verschachtelt werden, die sich bereits auf der Platte befinden. So ordnen Sie die Bauteile nach manuellen Änderungen an der automatischen Verschachtelung (z. B. nach Hinzufügen oder Entfernen von Bauteilen oder Ändern von Fahnen) automatisch neu an.

Außerdem können Sie Ihre Bauteile einfach schnell manuell auf den Schachtelplan legen und danach mit dem automatischen Neuschachteln die Anordnung auf der Platte optimieren. Starten Sie die Funktion „Autom. Neuschachteln“ im Menü „Schachteln“ oder dem Ribbon. Geben Sie die Optionen für den Algorithmus ein und klicken Sie auf „Start“.

Die neue Option „Platte ausfüllen“ ändert den Verschachtelungsalgorithmus so, dass die Bauteile gleichmäßig auf der Platte verteilt werden. Dies ermöglicht beispielsweise eine bessere Wärmeverteilung und ist nützlich, wenn leere Bereiche auf der Platte ohnehin nicht als Restmaterial verwendet werden sollen.
