Using Paradoxical Interventions in Therapy

Описание: Sometimes the unexpected approach, the opposite of what seems to be best, is the very thing that helps people crack open the painful shell of limited thoughts and feelings. I'll share a few examples of some paradoxical approaches I have used to help clients, and how 'succeeding in failure' can sometimes help break down resistance and help someone see an issue in a paradoxically different light.
